How to place an order...

the easiest way is to first select all your content, label printing and packaging options in either the CD Copy page (for lots under 300) or the CD Pressing page and then carry the result over to the Contact page by clicking on the Inquiry/Order button.

Then complete and send off the Contact From to transmit your instructions directly to our order desk and at the same time send your files on a CD by post or upload them to our FTP ser (see below)

or send an e-mail with your instructions and upload your graphics and data files to our FTP server (see below)

or send us a confirmation letter by post, together with your instructions, graphics and data files on a CD.

File types accepted

Files for the content you supply can be of any type.

Files for content packaging jobs should be of the type Text (.doc, .rtf, .txt), Spreadsheet (.xls, mdb), Acrobat (.pdf), Mark-up (.html), Powerpoint (.ppt) or compatible OpenOffice types. PDF files must not be password protected. We can also work directly with your Database output upon agreement of format. Please call.

Files types accepted for graphics, logos etc. are either in PDF (x3 for printing) or in native format from InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, QuarkXpress or exported EPS from CorelDraw and similar programmes. Other types possible upon request.

Copyright

Please be sure to submit only material which you have either originated yourselves or to which you own the copyright or have written permission from the owners of the copyrights. For musical content which you have not created yourselves, you have to negotiate the redemption fee directly with SUISA and send us a copy of your receipt.

FTP Instructions

to exchange very large files with Bizgraphic: upload or download them to or from our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server.
For access instructions please call or use the Contact Form and check the box marked ‘FTP instructions’ in the lower right corner. You will immediately receive an e-mail with all information you need to be able to upload files using either your regular browser or an FTP client program.
